Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh has just signed Decision No. 128/QD-TTg approving the investment policy of an investment project to build and trade in infrastructure of Tam Thang industrial park expansion, Quang Nam province.
According to the Decision, the investor of the project is Chu Lai Industrial Park Infrastructure Development One Member Limited Liability Company.
The above project has a scale of 248.9 ha and is deployed in Binh Nam commune, Thang Binh district, Quang Nam province with an investment capital of 768,093,000,000 VND.

The Prime Minister requested the People’s Committee of Quang Nam province to direct the implementation of procedures for approving the policy of forest conversion according to the provisions of the Forest Law and guiding decrees; ensure the accuracy of information, reported data and contents of appraisal according to the provisions of law; implement the project in accordance with the planning approved by the competent authority.
At the same time, examine and identify investors who meet the conditions for land lease by the State; ensuring the conditions for being permitted by the State to change the land use purpose for project implementation in accordance with the provisions of the law on land; have a plan to supplement the land area or increase the efficiency of other rice-growing land to compensate for the converted rice-growing land according to the provisions of Article 134 of the Land Law; having a plan for afforestation approved by a competent state agency or after fulfilling the responsibility to pay the replacement afforestation fee as prescribed in Clause 4, Article 19 of the Law on Forestry.
The People’s Committee of Quang Nam province directs relevant agencies to update the location and scale of land use area of Tam Thang industrial park expansion into the Quang Nam provincial master plan for the period 2021 – 2030, the land use plan granted province for 05 years from 2021 to 2025, district-level land use planning for the 2021-2030 period, district-level land use plans submitted to competent authorities for approval in accordance with the law on land, the law on planning and other relevant laws.
Organize the implementation of land recovery, compensation, site clearance, land lease, land use purpose conversion for project implementation in accordance with documents approved by competent authorities on the size of the area. project area, location and implementation schedule; ensure that there are no disputes or complaints about the right to use the project site…
