More than 10 therapeutic real estate projects of Gotec Land are built and launched in many major markets from 2022.
A representative of Gotec Land said that the group will introduce more than 10 therapeutic real estate projects in the markets of Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Cam Ranh and Bien Hoa in 2022 and 2023. These projects all own properties A large-scale treatment, detox and healing center in Vietnam, operated by reputable brands in the field of health care in the world. The total scale of the projects is about 150 ha.
Specifically, at the end of this April, Gotec Land will introduce to the market the Shizen Home project – a complex of hot mineral therapy apartments in Ho Chi Minh City. The project is located along the Saigon River in the center of District 7, owns a hot mineral center, a spa complex, a detox center, a modern sauna chain and a Japanese restaurant with an area of nearly 2,000m2.
This hot mineral therapy center will be managed by Taisei – a corporation that manages resort complexes and resorts in Japan.
In addition to the treatment center, the project also has a Japanese garden of thousands of square meters designed in the style of mindfulness meditation, combined with a tea ceremony center and paved streets.
When the project is completed, residents will experience hot mineral therapy for detoxification, health care and beauty treatment without having to go to short-term resorts, according to the representative of the investor.
Besides the Shizen Home project, Gotec Land also plans to deploy an apartment project following the therapy model, with the goal of developing each apartment as a spa in the heart of the city in District 12.
At the beginning of the third quarter of 2022, Gotec Land continues to deploy a resort project combining large-scale therapeutic courses in Da Nang. The project owns a 5-storey commercial center designed as a therapy, beauty, healing street and an elevated mindfulness center.
According to a representative of Gotec Land, this project will be operated by a reputable Vietnamese brand specializing in providing resort services combined with therapy, providing treatment packages combining long-term relaxation with a period of 7 days. , 15 days, one month and 3 months.
By the end of 2022, early 2023, Gotec Land will cooperate with many major partners such as Viceroy (Dubai royal resort brand), Sofitel, Aman, Six Senses, M-Gellary, … to develop organizations Resort complex with a scale of nearly 70 hectares in Cam Lam, Khanh Hoa. When completed, the project chain will become a long-term therapy and healthcare destination in Vietnam and the region.
“These projects will preserve the original natural identity. We limit the interference as much as possible, so that tourists coming here can have the experience of returning to live and mingle with nature”, the representative said. Gotec Land shared.
Also in Khanh Hoa, this group will develop a complex of shopping, dining, combining therapy, health care and detoxification, with an area of nearly 50 hectares.
In Bien Hoa, Gotec Land owns three apartment projects located in central locations of the city. The common point of these projects is the green design in the model of aerial gardens, bringing nature into the apartment. A representative of the group said that they will design to bring hot minerals into each apartment here.
